This circle will offer songs as balm, not answers, but companions to help regulate our nervous systems, strengthen trust, and remember what we are working toward in these intense times. Accessible and repeatable, these songs will be taught by ear and offered as communal practice, with room for rest, choice, and different ways of participating. This ancient custom of gathering to mark the new Jewish month offers a chance for reflection and insight.
