THE POTLUCK at 7:45PM is BACK!

Celebrate the joy of Khanikeh (Hanukkah) AND Shabes (Shabbat) in-person in our sanctuary. The participatory klezmer Shabes service from 6:30-7:35 PM can be danced to and includes prayers from Kabbalat Shabbat and the Ma’ariv services plus Hanukkah songs and prayers. We will also observe the Shabbat candle lighting/blessing and lighting/blessings of the Hanukkiah/menorah candles, the Mourners’ Kaddish, blessing for healing, Kiddush and HaMotzi. Bring your own candles and Hanukkiah / Menorah to light. The service will be followed by a vegetarian/ kosher pescatarian potluck dinner at 7:45pm and recreational Jewish dancing to a klezmer music jam from 8-9 PM. Everyone is welcome to all or any part of the evening’s events.
