Pot luck vegetarian dinner with songs and prayers in Ladino, Hebrew and Spanish and a bilingual (English/Spanish) poetry reading of “Curfew” by Japanese -American poet, feminist, essayist and human rights activist Mitsuye Yamada. The English version of the poem will be read by our special guest, the great local poet Mary Oishi.
