Come sing and pray and enjoy the poetry with us! Prayers are in Ladino and Hebrew and led by Sofie Shefia Stephanie Cohen. This month we conclude our series of readings from the Zohar, in English and Spanish. The Zohar is a mystical commentary on the Torah, received by the Spaniard Moses de León at the end of the thirteenth century.
Be prepared to share your response to “Qorban, Drawing Near”, which will be read out loud in English and Spanish. If you are able, please show up early and or stay late to help set up and clean up. And bring a vegetarian dish to share!
