Mindful Judaism Class with Rabbi Chavah Carp

This is truly the class that you have been waiting for! A class that combines Kabbalah, Mussar, Prayer, Torah and the Jewish year as it unfolds. This class time is yours, and is geared to give you a healthy biome from the brain down. We always talk about how to make changes to our life; in this 90 minute class, we will explore immediate techniques to apply the teachings of Judaism into your daily lives.

Each class will be based on the Torah portion of the week, so read up if you have the time. Each class stands on its’ own so if you miss one that's OK. We will meet December 12 and December 19, and resume January until mid March. Class format will be taught part lecture, and part round table discussion. Rabbi Carp can’t wait to begin!

Cost: Donation request of $10, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.   For more information, contact Rabbi Chavah Carp at; or Glorya Hale at
