UNBOUND is a NM based dance project that aims to uplift the lives & legacies of the artists' enslaved indigenous ancestors. In this workshop, we will spend the first hour moving together in accessible and nourishing ways that connect us to our own ancestors and lineages. The final half hour will be spent viewing an excerpt of the UNBOUND performance, then sharing reflections as a group.
