Nahalat Shalom Announced Sale on our La Puerta Natural Burial Ground Cemetery Plots 

Membership to Nahalat Shalom includes space in our cemetery at La Puerta Natural Burial Ground.  

Owners & stewards of the cemetery (Bryan and Claire) will provide an informational session at Nahalat Shalom on Thursday, June 4th at 5 PM.  

Bryan & Claire will host a tour at La Puerta on Friday, June 5th, where they can answer any questions and explain the process of securing pre-need plots and services.  Meet at NS at 10 AM or drive yourself and meet at La Puerta at 11:30 AM (see their website for directions).  

If you've been on the fence, there's an incentive to move forward. Plots that are pre-paid by July 1st, 2026 begin at $1200+ tax (this includes a $950 plot fee and a $250 conservation and maintenance fee). Discounts are available for securing five or more plots at one time. After July 1st, the price for each plot will increase to $2000 + tax.
