Many years ago we launched our L'Chaim Club - a group of mostly long term members, many founders of the shul, who either donated dollars into our endowment and/or made the decision to include Nahalat Shalom in their will / estate.   Several volunteers were a part of this effort.  Glorya H was the first to say yes and with her gift our roof was repaired, our endowment built up,  and her wish for comfy chairs were sprinkled throughout the seating. Beth G, Chuck B, Mike K, and myself and others advised and set up our L'Chaim Club and refocused our endowment to focus on Spiritual Leadership which now has enough to support our Rabbinical Intern for the year.  The question becomes, what's next?  How do we use our Spiritual Leadership Endowment and growing congregation for the dream of securing Rabbi Josie and any other dreams we have.  Please join this Saturday to hear updates, share your ideas and plan for Nahalat Shalom's future.

followed by a presentation, discussion and closing with Havdalah
