Bio Joey Netzorg
Maggid Joey Netzorg learned the art of the tall tale from his Southern preacher father and has told stories from the synagogue to the street corner. He leads a highly irreverent Torah study, yet he takes grappling with Torah very seriously and is never happier than when in the beit midrash. He can often be found muttering over his late wife's recipes while attempting to interpret her handwriting, hanging out with any number of their five grown kids, or watching "Xena: Warrior Princess" with his partner and their four absurdly spoiled cats.
He believes with all his heart that our stories tell us who we are.
