Mindful Judaism Class with Rabbi Chavah Carp

This is truly the class that you have been waiting for! A class that combines Kabbalah, Mussar (Jewish Ethics), Prayer, Torah and the Jewish year as it unfolds. This class time is yours, and is geared to give you a healthy biome from the brain down. We always talk about how to make changes to our life; in this 90 minute class, we will explore immediate techniques to apply the teachings of Judaism to your daily lives.

Class will be based on the Torah portion of the week, so read up if you have the time.  Each class stands on its own, so if you miss one, that's OK. We will meet weekly until the end of February. Class format will be part lecture and part round table discussion.

Cost: Donation request of $10, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.   For more information, contact Rabbi Chavah Carp at  chavahcarp@gmail.com; or Glorya Hale at ghale22@aol.com
